My role as a therapist is to provide non-judgmental supportive
environment in which you can allow all aspects of yourself to surface,
be understood and be accepted.
Awareness and self-acceptance lead to a relaxed joyful state, appreciation of the present moment, and clarity about your intentions and goals.
I also offer various Expressive Arts modalities (such as drawing, music, psychodrama, writing, movement and dance) which clients can use to to make therapy more interesting and effective.
My therapeutic stance is strongly influenced by non-dual, transpersonal and process-oriented approaches, and by Buddhist and Yogic teachings. You can find more information about the teachers that inspire my work on the Influences page, and you can read quotes by these teachers on the Quotes page.
